PENYAKIT TROFOBLAS GANAS PADA WANITA USIA 50 TAHUN: SEBUAH LAPORAN KASUS

Salah satu jenis dari penyakit trofoblas ganas adalah koriokarsinoma. Penegakan diagnosis koriokarsinoma ditegakkan dengan pemeriksaan radiologi, biopsi endometrium, dan pengukuran kadar serum beta-human chorionic gonadotropin
(hCG). Kami melaporkan seorang wanita usia 50 tahun P2A0 dengan keluhan muntah lebih dari 4x, dengan nyeri perut dirasakan pasien setiap muntah. Kasus ini menarik karena pasien memiliki keluhan utama dispepsia, yang bukan merupakan gejala khas koriokarsinoma. Pada pemeriksaan vagina ditemukan ostium uteri eksternum tertutup, uterus teraba membesar seukuran tinju dewasa. Pemeriksaan ultrasonografi abdomen ditemukan gambaran uterus membesar dengan cystic degeneration component myometrium, dengan kesan uterine choriocarcinoma. Pasien didiagnosis dengan koriokarsinoma, kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan beta hCG, dan dilakukan kuretase. Jaringan yang terkumpul diambil untuk di lakukan pemeriksaan histopatologi. Pasien kemudian dianjurkan untuk dirujuk ke RSPAD Gatot subroto saat kontrol.
